Optical Sales Associate

Description: Job duties include but are not limited to: Provide excellent professional patient care for all patients, select and fit optical eyewear including eyeglasses and contacts, conduct patient education classes for proper eyewear use and eyecare, schedule appointments, maintain medical records, promote a high sense of fashion and style and have a drive for excellence and performance.

Requirements: Minimum 1-year sales experience required. Previous optical sales experience preferred but not required. Must have proven successes in sales and customer service. Must present a fashionable and professional appearance. Some in city travel required.


Patient Services Representative

Description: Challenging position for an individual that is highly organized and customer service oriented. Clerical duties include checking patients in and out, answering phones, pulling and filing of charts, and verifying patient's insurance benefits. We are looking for professional, enthusiastic and service oriented individuals that can build a relationship with the patients.

Requirements: At least one year of experience in front office position. Basic computer skills required. Must be organized and efficient and exude a pleasant personality.


Clinical Technician

Description: A challenging position for a highly skilled, self-motivated and detail oriented clinical professional. Duties included pre-testing patients for the doctor, presenting contact lens options, and performing specialized medical testing.

Requirements: Medical background in a clinical environment is preferred. Training will be provided for the selected candidate. Basic computer knowledge required. Must be a service-oriented individual that enjoys building relationships with patients.
